I want to change or cancel my order, is that possible?

If your order has not been packed and sent yet, we can cancel or change it. Please send us an email at info@schilkes.com to proceed. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel or change it, but you can make a return within 14 days once you receive your package.

When does my package arrive?

Once you receive an email that your order has been packed and shipped:

Sweden shipping time: 1-2 working days

International shipping time: 4-10 days

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for orders over 600 SEK. If you do not exceed this amount your shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email, and once your order has been packed and shipped you will be notified by email again.

Where do you ship?

We offer worldwide shipping. Please note that we do not stand for custom costs.

How do I make a return?

You can return your items within 14 working days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused and in the same condition you received it in. To make a return please contact us at info@schilkes.com and we will assist you further. Please note that we do not cover the return shipping cost.
